"Great value."
Super location. Rooms are nice enough. Food is very good. 1812 is a great venue. Staff are more then helpful all very welcoming and willing to go the extra mile. My fave place in bournemouth

"No complaints about the hotel at all only the building work next door"
Lovely hotel and staff but we should have been informed about the building work next door. The work started every morning around 7.30am and did not stop until after 7.30pm one night, the noise of a bulldozer was to much.

"Lovely Stay"
The hotel is lovely and all the staff are welcoming and friendly and cater to your every need. Very clean and beautifully maintained - always stay in this hotel when we come to Bournemouth.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly , professional and helpful. Clean and tidy with agood atmosphere. Food was good and the Bar and entertainment excellent.

"Really enjoyable stay! "
Only stayed one night, but was a really good experience. The food in the 1812 restaurant is exquisite and really good value. The bedroom was clean and well furnished. If you wish to use the jacuzzi turn it on 4 hours before you`d like to use it, me and my girlfriend went to get in and it was freezing cold as it hadnt been on. other than that we had an amazing weekend.
