Very good hotel apart from the 6 hour wait for rooms to becleaned but overall very good staff and great facilities amd was given apolgies gifts and balloons for my girfreinds birthday so thank you and would stay again defenitelty.

"ideal for a short stay"
Lovely hotel, our room was clean, swimming pool was great as was the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.The restaurant served us a lovely meal in the evening, we also liked the pub and Starbucks cafe.We thought the communication between staff and guests could have been better.We were not told about the code you had to put in to exit the car park and we did not know we had to put our keycard in a holder so the lights would work. Also several coffee/sugar sachets in our room had been used and put back upside down. We informed the reception desk as we were leaving.We would definately go back to this hotel again.
