"Hotel fine, clean and central. "
Bit tired in areas, breakfast wasn`t great, the staff were a bit grouchy in the mornings, did what we asked but not very friendly. DO NOT DRINK the water in the minibar, they charged us 11 Euros per bottle for a 50p bottle. The pool was empty even though the weather was great.....

Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. It was accessible to most of the places we wanted to go. It was quite eventhough were on the front building. The air condition was great. The food was great as well. The price was reasonably good compare to other places in the area. Pleasant workers.we had a great time

We found a gem of a hotel and we will stay at the Montblanc hotel on all future trips to Barcelona. We couldn`t recommend it highly enough. Thanks Montblanc!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent and the waiter who served breakfast was particularly helpful and efficient, he even produced gluten free bread for one of our party. Thank you, we will use the hotel again.

"A good quality hotel close to most of the visitor attractions"
Polite staff, good service in reception, room a good size, Clean. Breakfast is continental buffet. Eggs available but don`t rely on the 2 staff to bring them to you whilst hot. Pool small but good for a dip if a sunny day. Overall very good value for money

This has a very central location and was very clean but room was dated, extremely hot a/c was a joke and room was tiny. Bed comfortable but pillows not good. Good range of toiletries and good shower. Breakfast just ok. Staff excellent. Price was very good.

A very good hotel for the price in a central location close to the main square where all the sight-seeing buses start from. Ideal for Las Ramblas area, Hard Rock Cafe and good shops all nearby. The buffet breakfast was included and had great choice of food, although would have been better if the hot water was provided in an urn rather than thermos flasks. If the weather is warm there is a nice place to relax in the sun with a small pool. The only negative was the pillows were a bit hard.

HCC hotel chain were however extremely efficient in transfering us to their sister hotel the St Moritz, absolutely no complaints and excellent service

The hotel was in the perfect location for access to Las Ramblas, tourist buses, metro etc but not noisy. The staff on reception were really freindly and happy to chat. I went with my 7yr old son and the little pool was just enough to relax after busy day sightseeing. The excercise bike in the room was a surprise! He loved that too. The breakfast buffet was fine and open until 11am so all very relaxed. Only criticism was on the last morning when we heard really loud shower next door but other than that , all good. I would recommend it as a good base for a few days in the city.

Only criticism(small) is continental breakfast rather than hot. Room was good with balcony, clean and quiet pool area small but nice, reception and all staff very friendly. Will definitely stay again.
