"This hotel was a disgrace - totally inadequate "
Staff were surly, building was scruffy and smelt damp, room had no heating and bed was on a mezzanine level up in the roof. Only one bath and hand towel provided for 2 guests. Our night was interrupted by a fire alarm twice, apparently for a faulty system, with no word of apology. Steer well clear.

"Easy walk to Broad Street attractions (if reasonably fit). Good value @£40 for a Friday nt double"
nice room - a bit different with mezanine floor bedroom (balcony), but the finer touches of decor were a bit lacking - but at £40 for a one night double room, this was good value and worth it. We were in easy travelling distance for Broad St. and the Symphony Hall for the concert we went to see. On site parking available. Not double glazed so the road kept me awake a little while, but it was still worth it !
