I am very desapointed with a conditions of a 4* Hot.el...need lots of changes,maintenence of a interior building,really bedroom conditions really poor,no power in bath showers,no Ac in bedrooms and carpets need to.be change..I am really surprise how could this Hotel being pass all standerd revisions for a 4* Hotel.

Booked standard double..very small,view of pipes and the ensuite door looked as if it had been kicked in! Hotel agreed to upgrade to executive suite which was very comfortable with no problems?

The hotel was very nice....tastefully decorated rooms with flat screen TV, and modern bathroom. the Spa however needs a refurb. Tiles missing, a few holes in ceiling where light fittings once were.....shower cubicles need replacing. Just general wear & tear. Plus there is a £5 supplement for a Robe & Slippers!! The treatments area was nice, and staff very friendly both in Spa and Hotel. Breakfast lovely if a little expensive at £9.95pp. Full english buffet along with cereals/fruit etc.
