"Great resort, hotel not so great"
The overall resort is great for families. However, not so keen on the Academy itself. No options for drinks later in evening - had to go to another of the hotels just for water - I`d expect vending machines as a minimum. Also, was the most uncomfortable mattress I`ve had in a long while. If the Academy is Macdonald`s budget option then they need to look at budget competitors such as Premier Inn, who give a real run for their money in terms if room comfort.

I found the staff at this Hotel very friendly. The room itself clean and warm although the decor was a bit on the tired side, a little modernisation wouldn`t go wrong.
