"OVERPRICED IF STANDARD PRICE IS PAID"
VERY GOOD FOOD AND HELPFUL FRIENDLY STAFF. HOWEVER, OVERPRICED FOR BASIC ENSUITE ROOM UNLESS A DISCOUNTED DEAL IS OBTAINED.

"Aviemore Inn, Aviemore."
bedrooms were warm, clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and courteous. Breakfast was good and catered for all our needs. The bar lacks atmosphere - we were the only ones in it drinking wine and the wind coming through the emergency doors made the experience not too pleasant.Again, the bar staff were very efficient and pleasant.

"Value for money would like to be notified of any deals"
Hotel was clean and fresh, a very good few days at a great price. The only little concern was that our room was next to the lift and it was noisy, we should have asked to be moved because when we checked out the receptionist said we would have been given another room.

"Difficult to find - chronic signposting. "
The MacDonald Aviemore complex lacks character, lacks any semblence of reasonable signage and comes across as an impersonal money making enterprise not attuned to customers in any way. Garish posters scream merchandising at you but you try and find your particular hotel in the dark and wet. Impossible!
