"Exceptional service"
From the moment we entered the hotel we were given undivided attention from the staff. Efficient registration then Warwick took us to our room and explained everything. A taxi was booked for us in the evening and nothing was too much trouble. I even left something behind and that is being posted back too.

"Met our expectations"
I took a classic room which is situated in the new building complex. My stay was overnight only and I haven`t had a chance to experience any other services. Overall, the premises are very well maintained surrounded by the beautiful nature and old trees and it offers a peaceful rest.Overall very happy and would most certainly reccommend.

"Perfection!"
We stayed at the Bailbrook House Hotel in Bath in October for one night, and it was absolutely perfect. We visited Bath for our anniversary and the Bailbrook House made our trip the best ever. All the staff were amazing and couldn`t be more helpful. Mark in particular who greeted us, took us to our room and gave us a history of the hotel. He also gave us lots of information about the local attractions. The hotel is beautiful and well looked after, and the room was amazing. Very comfortable, included everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Excellent value for money. The only problem was that we didn`t want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful stay. A very nice place to stay. Our room was just the standard classic double but was very spacious and thought had been given to little details to add to your comfort. All the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean. There is a very pleasant walk into Bath along the canal. If we visit Bath again we will be very happy to stay in this hotel again.

"Beautiful building, room and location matched by the attention of staff"
We stayed for one night at Bailbrook House and were taken by the quality of the hotel, particularly the room decor and the professional, but warm and friendly service given by the staff. I would recommend Bailbrook to anyone planning of visiting Bath and the small additional cost is more than worth it when comparing to the local alternatives. When we revisit Bath we will definitely stay at the Bailbrook again.

"What a Find"
Service Level from the time we arrived at the hotel right up to departure was excellent, the staff were polite, helpful and punctual. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean and comfortable. Well maintained. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, again staff were attentative and eager to please. Evening meals were also very good.Easy access off the A46 and its own grounds, in a prime position just on the perimiter of Bath City itself (Approx 1.8 Miles from the centre). We would definately recommend this hotel and return there when we next visit Bath.
