"EXCELLENT HOTEL"
We had an overnight stay here as we were attending a concert at BIC, the location of this hotel is excellent as it is in walking distance to all main attractions in Bournemouth. I chose this hotel as we like to stay in a Boutique Hotel and this hotel certainly fitted our criteria. We found the hotel easily and from entering the hotel every member of staff was friendly, polite & very efficient. Our room was on the second floor and was very comfortable, spotless, quiet & offered very nice extras ie homemade biscuits, fresh milk, excellent bathroom handwash, shampoo etc.We had dinner & breakfast in the excellent restaurant which was first class in all areas, comfort, service, food & ambience.I would highly recommend this hotel & wish we had been staying longer, we look forward to staying here again & will not need to consider anywhere else if we need a hotel in or near Bournemouth.
