We had a room with no bath which was stated in the room booking, no natural light in the room coming through the basement floor windows which couldn`t be opened due to them being alarmed. Bed was solid and un comfy. Toilet was smelly as someone must have been in before we got there. 5am wake up from the local bin men reversing the truck and headlights shining in the window. Receptionist was rude. I called at 9am to have 2 panini`s delivered while we got ready to leave hotel, which was on 24h room service list and basically tried to tell me to go the the breakfast room and get something because the staff were in there and got the reply "its not as easy as slapping on cheese and tomato on a roll and cooking it". Needless to say that exactly how it was done but with a little bit salad.
