"Inadequate lighting in bedroom area; area far too dark. Fan in bathroom did not work."
Stay spoiled by the above problems. The staff brought in extra lamp, but did not make any overall difference. Nothing was done about the faulty bathroom fan. Would not stay at the Copthorne again.

clean, comfortable, quiet. all in all very nice room and friendly staff. only down side, when I got there the gym was shut. should be clear on website.
