"Great position and very friendly staff but ...."
The position was ideal for many of Madrid`s attractions also within easy walking distance of metro and cercania for exploring further afield. Staff were alway friendly and helpful. However, stayed 7 nights and would have appreciated a better room. Booked a double room and got a twin with beds pushed together, view non existent as we looked out onto building interior, beds were VERY hard and creaked (I got backache after 3 nights). Laminate floor in corridors noisy at night. Don`t like soap dispensers in bathrooms - reminds me of public conveniences and very environmentally unfriendly to have 4 new plastic cups each day instead of glass ones which could be washed and are much nicer to use.
