Good service and lovely room - great location - right next to St Paul`s Cathedral and the Millennium Bridge. Great leisure facilities as well - can`t fault it.

1. Bar facilities poor - closed cental one at 11.00 pm (in info says 12.00) which meant crush and wait in the other one and had to carry drinks through.2.Bed turning down did not include washing up pm tea cups or clearing drinks containers although t bag/biscuits were replaced.3. Breakfast tea was undrinkably stewed.
