We had a fantastic room. The staff were very welcoming and happy. We had a lovely continental breakfast brought to our room ( so we could watch the rugby) and it was plentiful and the beverages were hot. The hotel had a comforting feel about it and both of us have said that we would recommend it to all our friends. Thank you for making our stay a great one.

Overall a nice hotel and good value for London. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had a LG room so no view (apart from a wall!), but it was well equipped, comfortable, quiet and clean. The bedroom was small but the bathroom was spacious. Has a garden where you can enjoy a drink and read after a long day sightseeing.

We only stayed at the Grange Whitehall for one night but will not hesitate to book here again for our next London visit. Nice area, nice street, calm, pleasant hotel and smart, helpful staff.

"Perfect Location to central London"

This hotel was perfect for being central to everything you want to see in london, about a 12 minute walk to the main west end, soho, and piccidilly, the hotel was beautifull, exreamely comfortable beds and friendly staff. Could not fault it at all, would definately stay here again.

"Exceptionally clean but bed bad for back & room beneath noisy kitchen"

The Grange Whitehall was exactly what you expect from a hotel in London ideally based for theatreland. The room while small and compact was exceptionally clean. Bathroom was good with a bath that I could actually lie down in (I`m over 6` tall). Sadly the bed was small and the mattress painfully soft, not to be recommended for guests with back problems. That coupled with our room being directly beneath the noisy kitchen made for a sleepless night. I`m sure other rooms above the basement would be less noisy.

"Run on the cheap - no tea or coffee in the room, sheet not covering top of matress, cheap breakfast"

Staff were friendly but all were young and a bit inexperiencedUnusual to be submitted to rules about photocopying passport etc as a UK citizen and resident when it turns out they apply to people visiting from abroad
