Perfect location for Apollo theatre. Room spacious, bath and a shower which was great though bathroom is in need of re decorating looks old and obvious repairs to cracked tiles. But would still recommend purely For ease from Victoria station and location for theatre. Breakfast plentyful.

"Stunning hotel "
I have not got the words to describe how perfect our stay was at the plaza Victoria. Stunning surroundings, impeccable atmosphere and decor. The staff could not have been more welcoming and attentive. The room service was outstanding and breakfast was amongst the best I have had the pleasure of enjoying. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back... we could have happily moved in!

"Rooms not ready "
We checked in at 3pm. I had booked 3 triples and 1 twin. Only 1 triple was ready. When we got in the room it was only made up for 2 people. When we went to get the key cards at 4pm for the other 2 rooms they were still not ready. It took another 15 mins to get them which made us late for our dinner reservation, which we then had to rush to get to the theatre. We missed the first 5 mins of the show

Hotel staff were excellent but the room we were allocated was a little "tired" for a superior room. e.g. crazed mirrors in the bathroom. We were unimpressed by the Tozi restaurant where we ate on the Sunday evening but apart from that we had a wonderful break with Hotel Direct and will use you again.

On arrival we were checked into a double room when we had booked a triple room. We were moved to an apartment suite which was spacious but was clearly in need of being refurbished like the room we had been given earlier.

Excellent hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Bar prices expensive, but that`s London!! Excellent position for Apollo Victoria theatre within easy walking distance. Executive rooms large, lovely large bed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast fantastic choice of English and continental fare. My first choice for a stay in central London. This was my 6th visit.

Lovely hotel and only two minuets from the Apollo, staff were helpful and cheerful, full breakfast included which was very fresh and very much enjoyed.Would happily recommend.
