Good location, pleasant room. Beginning to show a few signs of looking tired, but good.Breakfast excellent.

"Good value for money and a very pleasant stay with a good breakfast"

We stayed at this room when going to the Brit Awards. Easy to get to O2 one tube stop. Getting back would be easy if you want to return by tube ie before midnight. Any later taxi cost £40. The hotel itself is very pleasant with good facilities and very helpful staff.

"Great hotel"

Stayed for two nights on the 5th & 6th July, we had a twin room overlooking the docks, beds were comfy, nice room. Made use of the facilities at the hotel gym which were excellent, the jacuzzi was fab ! Great location was a five minute walk to the tube. Had a meal in the pizzeria which was great. Only negative thing i could say about our stay was the continental breakfast, staff were a bit slow filling up the juices, tea and coffee, bread etc overall great stay and will definately be booking this hotel again soon.

Not so nice to look at from outside but a lovely entrance and reception. Staff were very helpful and the facilities were good. Room was nice but roasting hot, very traditional looking and the double bed was actually two single beds. The tv was nice and new but fixed to the wall so connecting an ipod to listen to music was impossible and the hairdryer in the room was tiny and not powerful enough. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless. The drinks in the bar were reasonably priced but service was very slow. The pizzeria served very nice food but the chairs in the pizza restaurant were very uncomfortable so the waitress offered to serve us in the bar area. Breakfast was good but basic and there was no hot meat available with the continental breakfast. The spa facilities were nice but the sauna was not hot enough and the pool was not huge. Overall it was not an unpleasant stay.

The continental breakfast is poor. It would greatly benefit from coffee you could drink, some olives and tomato.

"Good value"

Our only issue was that we thought we had bed & breakfast, however we had bed & continental breakfast. We would have paid extra for full breakfast if it had been clearer.
