"Hair Drier"
We stayed in room 218 - we reported a hair drier which wasn`t working. We were informed that somebody would cpme to have a look at it - No body did anything. The hair drier is still not working!!

"booked hotel as we wanted to swim emailed to check when pool opened - was told may 1st was not open"
room very small and pool not open / roof top garden not accessible.when we asked why the pool closed was told it was because of the weather - when i tried to explain that we were dissapointed was cut off in mid sentance by desk staff. We booked this hotel because of the pool - assumed it was heated - it opened saturday ( we checked in thursday - unday ) it was freezing. Was not allowed to access roof garden ata ll till saturday - very dissapointed. Also paid the same price as friends and we were given smaller room no tea and coffee facilities very dissapointed. had to expalin my room key was stolen in my bag on friday night - no concern shown at all by reception staff just changed room key .
