Great rooms, pleasant staff, good command of English and local knowledge, happy to help, rooms wonderfully clean, comfortable beds, nice shower, lovely bath, nice range of toiletries, enjoyed complimentary mini-bar. Only negatives were that I was surprised that a business hotel to that standard did not have wireless internet in the rooms. It was difficult to use the voucher system as it was all in Spanish without English translation. This meant that I had to queue to get help with logging on. It would have been nice to have had a music channel on the TV. Pleasant stay and would recommend to others.
