"Could have been better"
The room was comfortable and clean, however little things like a bedside lamp that wasn`t plugged in and no socket to plug it into were mildly annoying. The first morning at breakfast eggs, bacon and sausages ran out and I had eaten my second choice before they were replenished. However, on the 2nd morning we has excellent service from Sarah which was much appreciated :) All in all we just felt it could have been better but it wouldn`t stop us staying there again

"Not as good as expected"
Check in was good and they accomodated my early arrival well.Room was small but functional, great view of LondonBreakfast was awful, the worst in any hotel I have been too. Vey dissapointed.I will not stay in this hotel again.

"Excellent Service."
The highlight was the friendly, efficient staff who enabled a relaxing stay in London. Being able to check into the comfortable room early enabled us to make the most of limited time, along with staff booking the late afternoon tea prior to our departure. Would happily return again.

Table the room had 2 single beds pushed together at different heights we did not notice this until we got in it at midnight so was too tired to complain we have stayed at many 4 star hotels all over the world and this practise is not acceptable when I pay 180 for a hotel I expect a double bed for my husband and I these are special days for us and we are dissapointed

Stayed here for my boyfriend`s 30th for one night and was given an upgrade to a suite on the 17th floor with amazing views of Hyde park. Also a bottle of wine from the hotel. We felt this was exceptional service

"Not superior"
We booked a superior room but the room was far from superior, wallpaper was peeling, woodwork paint was chipped, stains on the carpets, mold in the air vent, coving cracked and bath filled with water when we had a shower even though the plug was out, we didn`t report it until checkout as we were back late and tired so just went to bed but in the cold light of day the issues were apparent, reported to the desk on checkout apologies received and complimentary upgrade to deluxe room given for next visit. Breakfast was good plenty of choice.

"Fabulous location, friendly staff "
I booked this hotel to be close to the venue for a wedding we were attending. However it was an amazing location overlooking Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. It was very good value including a full breakfast buffet. The city views from the 12th floor were stunning. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, enjoyed a good nights sleep. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the valet parking service which made our stay very easy. I would happily return to this hotel and hope that one day I will.

Disappointed that breakfast wasn`t included. Nice hotel and good location. Parking expensive but tube access brilliant. Great discounted rate pain considering the location.

One restaurant didn`t seem to know what the other restaurant was doing. Assured us a table and we had to wait for ages.

"Incredible Hotel with amazing service"
My wife and i stayed here for one night only for our anniversary weekend and we were treat like royalty!...fabulous service with kind,welcoming and attentive staff.Nothing ever too much.Rooms were fabulously clean with an amazing view over the London skyline.Pure class in every way and left us with some very special memories.Breakfast was fabulous and any request you had was attended too immediately and with no fuss and with a smile on everyone`s face.It would be fabulous to get such a warm and pleasant welcome in all hotels but if you are looking for great value with 5 star service then this is the Hotel! Special mentions to Oscar in the bar who was so helpful to us and without doubt the star of the show who was Alessandra in customer relations who ensured we had a truly memorable stay.Thank you everyone and if you are considering booking The Lancaster..don`t consider it ...DO IT!..fabulous!.

Everything great, especially the service which was superb from everyone. Our bedroom was much in need of redecoration, but all worked well.

Hotel room lovely very comfortable, staff so helpful and breakfast tasty. Only one negative, there is a step up to the bathroom which i stubbed my toe on, its not exactly visible. Very enjoyable visit. We will stay at the lancaster again

First visit to the Lancaster and would return. Staff very pleasant and attentive and looked smart in the hotel dress code which can look tired in some hotels. We were given complimentary WiFi which was much appreciated. The meal in the Thai restaurant was delicious as was the breakfast. I terms of constructive feedback when we arrived our twin booked room had been made up to a double. Staff were quick to attend to this whilst we sat through the operation of stripping the bed down and it being rearranged. However, we could of been shown to the lounge and provided with a beverage as this was taking place. Overall, very enjoyable stay, thankyou.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the London London Lancaster Hotel, as we stayed there for the IDTA Congress. The dinner on the evening was excellent, with both good service, and hot plates. Having attended this function before, the service has been lacking, to say the least: things have certainly improved.Best Regards,Mike Dawson

Staff are very welcoming. Food very good. Situated next to tube station so very convenient to get around London. Small downside is the cost of drinks, very expensive. Expect to pay a little extra, but this was exceptionally high. Also, service charge is added and taken without question. I would like an option to tip staff, if I think they have provided a good service

"Wonderful thank you"
A wonderful stay thank you, in particular pam (front of house coordinator ) as we arrived to balloons, champagne and lovely room. All staff very courteous, clearly happy in their roles, and this hotel should be commended on its guest relations. A special occasion for us, and we were quite overwhelmed at the effort that was made for us. Beautiful views from our room, great breakfast , and we will revisit.
