"Staff are all so welcoming at the Doubletree!"
We had a great stay in the Doubletree Hilton, Westminster. I highly recommend this hotel, only a 10 minute walk from Westminster Bridge.

"Good on the surface"
As you walk in the lobby it looks clean and fresh. Take a closer look! There are stains on the carpets, dust on the shelves and grime everywhere. In our room, the furniture was old, scratched and stained, the carpets were stained and everything was a bit dirty although I was assured everything was cleaned thoroughly. Staff are really helpful and friendly.

Very happy with our stay at Doubletree by Hilton, great location, rooms were clean, modern and well designed, comfy bed and great pillows! All staff helpful and friendly, great buffet breakfast, we would definitely stay here again.

Expected to at least have water in my room. Plus paying cash for room service and they conviently have no change doesn`t sit well with me. Other than that it was pleasent and served it`s purpose adequately.

Have stayed in bigger standard rooms . ensuite shower room quite small for an executive room.breakfast was good hotel clean overall not bad value .

Lovely stay nice comfortable beds and clean room fairly compact. Good location for sightseeing and London west end. Breakfast average but we were happy for the price we paid for the room on bookings.com

"Great value for money"
Hotel was very nice. Good location. Requested they stopped filling the bar fridge with little plastic bottles of water, and installed shampoo/body wash dispensers in the showers instead of providing tiny plastic bottles of shampoo etc, in an effort to gradually eliminate the use of single use plastic. Had a lovely lasagna at 1am!

"LOVELY Hotel"
Breakfast was a let down no fried egg and all if the food was like it had been kept warm for ages hard and no taste. EXECUTIVE LOUNGE was disappointment only very little food in there and drink for a limited time 6pm 7.30pm which is not what it stated on the door. They wouldn`t even show football on the tv in there when England played on SUNDAY!!! this is LONDON ...CAPITAL OF ENGLAND.....I did not feel we had value for money

The Buffett breakfast is an excellent feast . The room was average in comfort, very hard mattress, soft pillows . No bath, shower only and there was a huge crack in the setting, where the sink was. I would describe the hotel as a `up market ` Travel Lodge or Premier Inn.

We have stayed here a few times and was just as good this time. On booking in I mentioned it was my mothers birthday and recieived drinks vouchers for the bar,a very nice touch.the bar was very lively with friendly staff.breakfast was also very good although a bit crowded at times to serve yourself at the food counter.

"A good hotel within easy reach of Victoria station and theaters"
A nice city hotel. Rooms are OK size, bathrooms very small but adequate. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and contain everything expected of a 4 star. Staff friendly. We only ate the breakfast which had lots of choice and well made. Fresh hot items were constantly renewed. We were able to check into the room at 11am as it was ready. On departure, we were able to leave our baggage with the Concierge while we went out for the day. They were placed in a secure room and we were given tickets for collection later. This is a free service. We enjoyed our stay and I would return.

Generally a very good experience with good service in a very clean hotel.Having stayed at the hotel through its change of owners I can`t help feeling it is beginning to decline.For instance what was a superb breakfast is now just good. Rooms are beginning to look tired etc. Air con is very loud and plumbing can be rattling during the night.....Still a good hotel though and a safe choice with little potential for that what have I done here sort of moment.

"More like a 3 star hotel"
Perfectly okay hotel but not my definition of 4 star. We had an "executive" room but the bathroom with shower only was tiny. There should have been a warning in the bathroom recommending "no cat swinging allowed". Also a bit remote from main attractions although it was easy to get a taxi outside the hotel which was a bonus.

Allocated queen room on the 2nd floor only to find builders looking in at us asked to be moved they moved us to the 8th floor we thought that might solve the problem but the noise in the morning woke us up don`t class this hotel as 4* rooms are small and basic probably equal to a travel lodge won`t book there again and if we knew there was a building site around us we definitely wouldn`t have booked there feel really let down by hotel direct you would have known this we always book through you very disappointed !!!

Every time I stay at this hotel it has a brand new feel to it. The rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean. The restaurant is well laid out and very comfortable with an excellent breakfast choice. The staff are friendly and helpful, I will definitely stay here again.
