Hotel was basic at best. We asked 3 times to get the tv fixed. For the whole experience, if we did this again, I would choose a different hotel.

"Would I stay there again? - yes!"
We were made welcome the moment we arrived. The room was very comfortable and clean, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was of excellent quality.We are two ladies of 70 who take regular theatre breaks to London, always booking independently. We have never used your service before but would be happy to use you again - Lynn helped out when there was a problem with the booking going through and then on the day before we arrived, a real person phoned to check if it was a double or a twin that we had booked.

The hotel was ideally placed for getting to the ABBA Arena as well as Stratford tube station. The staff were excellent; helpful, polite and worked very hard to make our stay a very good experience. The hotel environment was comfortable; the beds were especially so. The breakfast was plentiful and had good variety and the evening meal was tasty and well cooked.

Couldn`t fault a thing - great location for abba voyage and Westfield centre. Friendly staff - immaculate - good breakfast and ate in the restaurant one night which was lovely too.

"A Fantastic Hotel."
An exceptionally clean hotel. Bedroom (104) was spacious, clean and comfortable. All staff were very welcoming and helpful - and seem to take pride in their hotel. Breakfast and an evening meal were exceptional. Very conveniently placed for underground and Abba Voyage. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

"Couldn`t have been better"
Holiday Inn Express, Stratford delivered over and above our expectations. Ideal location for Abba Voyage, minutes` walk from the Westfield Shopping Centre, and some excellent pubs in very close proximity. Was also able to securely park at the hotel which was a bonus (£22 per night). Rooms are clean, and well kept. The breakfast couldn`t have been better and the staff were most polite and helpful.

The rooms were excellent comfy beds and pillows. Staff were polite very helpful when we arrived early and we were able to get into our rooms so we could get ready for Abba voyage. We also ate in the restaurant. We all enjoyed our meals.We had a great choice of food for breakfast which was also very nice

"Hotel Perfect Great position"
The hotel was very comfortable. Being an IHG member we knew what to expect. Breakfast was great. the seating was a little cramped but we managed. Bedroom and the bathroom was adequate for our needs. The hotel is in a perfect position to see the Abba show

"One cannot believe this is a budget hotel."
Such a nice hotel. Modern, comfortable beds and rooms with just the right furniture. Large shower cubicles and bathrooms. All finished off with tasteful decoration.A special mention goes to all staff being so nice and friendly. Exceptional!

A very good hotel which I would be happy to return to. Easy access to London underground trains at Stratford. Just a one trip journey on Elizabeth line from paddington. Great room and comfy bed. The free breakfast is excellent and one of the best I`ve had. 5 minute walk to the ABBA Voyage stadium.
