Excellent location, good customer service. The Rom are little bit smallbut the bed are quite good, and as well the shower. Overall Good. Very happy with my day.i will back.

Stayed for one night, very clean and comfortable, high standard of furnishings, friendly staff, very handy for the tube station. Couldn`t hear the tube at all, but there was occasional street noises. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely little Hotel in Central London, only couple minutes walk to the station, 10 casual walk to the Science and Natural History Museum.I too was located in the Basement double room, which as stated, you can hear the under ground, however do not let it put you off, it kind of fades into the back ground after a couple, like aircraft high over head. The room itself was Neat, Tidy and modern, lovely shower room also with air conditioning, kettle, microwave, T.V, Staff extremely polite, thoroughly enjoyed my stay and WILL return if in London again, Thanks As a three star hotel I was very impressed indeed

"One night stopover "

The hotel was really clean and the room was a good size. It was easy to find and very convenient to get to as it was close to a tube station. I would definitely stay there again.

"Fab central location "

Superbly located for travelling in London; so convenient to Earl`s Court Station. The beds were supremely comfortable, the shower was great, and the air conditioning worked fast and well. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Great stay!

"clean &tidy with friendly staff."

The hotel has recently been refurbished & still needs a few finishing touches but overall a good find. The beds are super comfy but i wish there had been a curtain on the window to block out the light.

clean, compact & comfortable only used it to sleep in so was what we needed... tube noise wasnt too bad but could be awful if you`re a light sleeper. hazards of being so close to earls court tube station

"Excellent hotel - recommended to anyone"

This is an excellent choice for a hotel in central London. Although there was a tube line running underneath the hotel our sleep was not disturbed at all by it. The staff were friendly and helpful and we will use the hotel again

"Good stay but a few problems "

The room was very cramp with minimal space to walk around the bed and in the bathroom. The hotel had an excellent location as it is situated very close to earls court underground. The room itself was obviously recently refurbished with all furnishings being in impeccable condition and the shower was excellent! There was an abundant supply of tea/coffee/hot choc facilities along with bathroom supplies. However there was some hair around the bathroom sink and the view out our bedroom window was clearly a storage area for the hotel with scrap pieces of wood Etc so we kept the blind down for the duration of our stay. But overall it was ok.

"small rooms"

this hotel is very clean and new, but the rooms are the smallest rooms iv ever seen we were giving a basement room first which was tiny i complaned about it a got moved to a bigger room which was 7foot 6inch long by 7foot wide with a small shower room, but like i say it was bigger than the first room.

"Good affordable hotel"

Good for the price. Rooms are small but have been done up well and are clean. Right next the trains which you can hear but didn`t bother us. Really close to earls court tube(2min walk).

Really modern hotel. Small room but had everything we needed for a lovely weekend in London. Great location too. Would recommend and come back!

"Perfect weekend getaway "

Friendly staff.. Clean modern rooms.. Cosey but very functional.. Great price! Will definitely recommend and come again :)
