Please make sure you check you have booked when doing it on line that you have booked for bed and breakfast!!!!!!!!!!!!. was very embarrassed when constantly asked if we had paid for breakfast and there was a mix up but they did sort it out in the end. Apart from that great stay :)

nice room, excellent location, pleasant staff, good breakfast. only downside was mix up over reservation that should have included breakfast, but hotel staff said it didnt. i think this rate was wrongly advertised on the web page. in the end the matter was resolved with the staff agreeing to give us breakfast.
