Male receptionist didnt even acknowledge us until we had been stood there for 5 mins while he dealt with paperwork. No body else waiting to check in. Very grump. We had a room on first floor and was told no lift had to carry our cases up ourselves difficult at our age. Will think twice about using again.maybe its because we boked through an agency.
