"Very rude and unprofessional staff"
After arriving at 1.00am with my family I was rudely asked to log into hotel wireless and send confirmation letters given the fact I payed for the rooms 2 months prior to trip. The middle-aged male receptionist was arrogant, passive agressive and disrespectful making my family and myself feel very uncomfortable. The next day I was still asked a few times whether I payed for the breakfast, despite the fact this should have been checked before the date of my arrival, unfortunately at the check out I was told that there is still bill for the breakfast to be issued. I was dissatisfied given the fact everything was payed for more people than has arrived and no one bothered to check that and as we found out it has only taken one phone call, making our stay a horrible experience.
