"second visit "
Second visit to the Cheltenham park hotel really enjoyed our stay the staff from where marvelous from front desk right through to Resturaunt and housekeeping couldn`t do enough for us loved it.

"Comfortable but looking a bit shabby still"
Overall we enjoyed our stay in Premium Room - food very good first night but second night was very busy hence problems . my risotto very undercooked had to send it back much better but had to ask 7 times for a glass of prosecco ended up with free bottle.Pool nice but very high levels of chlorine.Overall we still like the hotel,,staff very friendly but things need tightening up and a spot of general refurbing/painting would enhance things greatly as others have said

"Great hotel in a great location."
I have stayed at Cheltenham Park hotel many times. It is comfortable. The staff are very helpful and the restaurant is very large and airy with, in Spring and Summer, great views into the grounds. The food is good and the service is prompt and unobtrusive. All in all I couldn`t fault my stay.
