The rooms weren`t massive, for the price I would have expected a bit more but then saying that am I just saying it because things are cheaper up north, probably

"Clean and basic "

Very average. Water dribbled out of sink tap and hot didn`t hardly get tepid, was mentioned at reception and was told it would get looked at but problem no better if anything got worse, had to use shower for face wash and got soaked!

Impressed by desk and breakfast staff`s attitude. Room clean and well equipped, though bedside reading lamp would have been appreciated.

"Perfect"

The Wesley hotel was perfect! The staff were friendly and polite and very helpful, the continental breakfast was lovely and had a wide range and it`s just down the road from main bus stops, Euston station and restaurants! definitely going to do this again! Thank you

Great location by Euston railway station. Modern, art deco feel. Compact, pleasant rooms. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Light and airy dining room.

We had a very pleasant dinner in the restaurant with excellent service from the two lovely waitresses

"compared to website"

Compared to the website it was misleading and I would not rate it 4 star. Room was very small, holes in the curtains, very shabby. Couldn`t comfortably watch TV from the bed as it was situated on the side wall. However it was clean and good shower. I thought it was very overpriced.

Room clean and everything you need is there. Bed linen very nice. Staff very helpful and polite. All in all a good place to stay and at a very good price. Quiet loctaion.

great hotel and great food and right in the centre of London ideal for all transport and sight seeing would gladly stay their again loved the atic room on the 3rd floor over looking the main street.

There was a lot of noise both from the street and from the corridors. I was rather surprised that there was no breakfast before 8am . We were catching a eurostar train at 8 and had to find breakfast on the station. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful.

"Lovely stay, once initial issues sorted"

While there were some issues on arrival with my room, I was promptly moved to a room that had no issues, and had a pleasant stay. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Wesley Hotel provides a very comfortable stay in the centre of London. A very smart, clean room, lovely bathroom. Did not eat at the hotel, but would definitely use it again.

Although the hotel is undergoing some renovation at the moment it didn`t affect us at all. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the temperature during the night was lovely. Shower was fantastic. Well done to all had a great stay.

"Had to move rooms"

We don`t get away very often and on the first night the noice in the room was load and the room was shaking. This was due to the air con units outside the room. We asked to be moved which they did to a brand new room but you could still hear the air con but it was better. The room was small but functional. If you choose to stay at the hotel ask for a room at the front of the building

"Under renovation"

The Wesley made every effort to make us comfortable, but it was under renovation in December 2014. I would have preferred to have known that at the time of booking and not when I arrived. The staff was accommodating, the rooms were clean but tiny, and the location suited our needs. The chef was a bright spot each morning and by far the most cheerful fellow in The Wesley. He`s the best ambassador they have for the hotel. His good cheer was contagious and a counterpoint to the somberness of most of the staff.

Room was lovely, clean, bright and modern, on the down side Lamp the side of bed did not work and rain shower head fell off when in shower could of been nasty but all OK, Hotel staff dealt with problems professionally.

Firstly the positive. The staff make the hotel, very friendly and helpful. The website states The Wesley is a 4 star but is very disappointing on arrival. Stating from the website it is Art Deco style it was very unfinished and unorganised. We paid £219 for one night bed and breakfast. The room was mediocre and the carpet dirty. Positive the bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine(again very attentive staff) but felt more like a school hall than hotel breakfast. I don`t wish to sound so negative as it was not an awful stay, it`s more that the website does not portray the reality which is disappointing when searching for a 4 star. Having subsequently stayed in the Hilton there is a huge comparison between the 2 hotels yet both have the same rating.

Minor faults in the room, (no proper bathmat, I slipped and fell heavily; the TV remote didn`t work. so we were restricted to channel 1 only) detracted from overall top quality

"Very pleased with this hotel."

We recently visited this hotel for three nights. And found it excellent. The room that we had was very clean, larger than average and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One small complaint was that the breakfast buffet was only just warm and kept running out of food. We will be going back again because the hotel is well situated for major attractions in London.

"Nice but very small"

The facilities of the room were good with everything we needed, we had a double bed but the room was extremely small, it felt quite claustrophobic with two of us in it. The breakfast was good.

I have stayed here before as a couple sharing a double room as well as a single traveller in the smaller rooms. I must admit I was extremely pleased with the larger rooms but found the bed in the smaller room extremely uncomfortable. In future I would only stay as a couple, not in a single room.

"Brilliant hotel - excellent value for money in such a great location"

The room was small but lovely. It was very clean and modern with a very comfortable bed and lovely shower. The communal areas were fine but nothing special. The staff were very polite and friendly.

This hotel was clean with all the amenities you would expect including free wifi. My only gripe is the size of the bed roll over once and you might fall out.

I enjoyed evening meal and breakfast. It was good value. Suggest table cloths in restaurant.I will use the Wesley in future when in Euston.

hotel still being refurbished so signs saying wet paint everywhere & temp signs stuck to the walls showing you where to go. Very poor value for money ..........

"wesley hotel"

Excellent location, helpful staff, was allowed to leave luggage before check-in time, so could meet friends without lugging case around. Rooms small but only sleeping in there, so perfectly adequate. Very clean ,modern, good value for money. Would definitely stay there again.
