"Sherlock Holmes Hotel."

Hotel & Staff Superb. Breakfasts excellent. However evening meal , Festive - Dinner - Special was mediocre. Meats Excellent,Staff Excellent. Vegetables terrible, appeared to be frozen and were tasteless. Roast potatoes would have been an improvment,also advertised discount, was not forth comingSubstituted sweet was charged at Full Price,although the one chosen was lowest price on menu. However it was an enjoyable stay for us all.

"Staff amazing. Friendly and very helpful."

We had to change our room as bedroom at front on first floor and my husband is a light sleeper. We were transferred to top floor but this one didn`t have a bath which I particularly wanted. This was no problem and we got what we wanted and were very pleased. Rooms somewhat tired decoration wise but the bed was lovely and comfortable which is the main thing. Breakfasts delicious so all in all a very nice stay. Would definitely recommend.

"Excellent week at this very nice hotel"

Very happy with all aspects of my stay at the Sherlock Holmes in Baker Street. Nice sized room for one, very friendly and professional staff, with excellent all-round service. Great position too; very close to Regents Park, four minutes walk to Oxford Street, and a stones throw from the Wallace Collection, one of the finest museums and art collections in London. Only two minutes from Baker Street Tube too. I liked this hotel and its staff, and would definitely go back there.

All the staff were extremely helpful. Hotel little `tired` but staff more than made up for that. Would certainly stay again. Location perfect.

House keeper consistantly knocking on door 8 am. workmen scraping paint off window outside room at 8.10 am. otherwise a nice stay. comfortable beds and clean

"Small rooms."

Small hotel, noisy toilet extract fan, no face cloths, breakfast room over crowded, slow lift. Good location for most things. Friendly staff. Wouldn`t object to going there again but wouldn`t seek to do so.

A cosy boutique hotel with friendly staff and excellent customer service. Unfortunately the room was quite small and the bathroom did not offer enough privacy (glass door). But really enjoyed the breakfast, comfortable bed and general ambiance.

"Really good location in London."

We were really pleased when we arrived at our hotel.It is really well presented and all the staff are extremely helpful.The bar staff stood out for us as nothing seemed to be to much trouble.The location was ideal for us as we were shopping but also seeing a few highlights of London as well. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
