Lovely hotel, clean, tidy, the room was great. We ate in the hotel restaurant on one occasion, the food was excellent and the staff couldn`t do enough, they even cooked something not quite on the menu for my mother, who unfortunately has to be careful with what she eats. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Birmingham and would stay again.

"Excellent service and position"
We really enjoyed our stat at the Crowne Plaza. The position could not be better - close to the shopping centre and the canal basin with some excellent restaurants. The room was a bit dated but kept superbly clean. The breakfast was very good and the service provided by Sharon and her team was second to none.

"Great staff - TINY beds..."
Hotel is very clean and the staff are very welcoming. Disappointing that we had to ask for extra towels and cups etc when they knew in advance there would be three of us. Choice at breakfast was good but service for eggs was very slow. Did not sleep well as the beds are tiny and therefore would not stay here again.
