"A good babe to explore London."
The hotel was a little outside central London but the tube station was very close. The room was Ok, lamps not working but a call to front desk put that right. The bed was awful, actually in two pieces. Staff very pleasent and helpful. I was a little angry to discover that other guest had breakfast included but we had to pay extra for ours.

"Nice rooms but bad service"
the rooms were lovely but when we arrived at 11 we had to wait 50 minutes to get into our room as the only person present was the trainee receptionist and she did not know how the key card machine worked.

"Room was excellent - very comfortable."
Generally very good. Reception very pleasant. Room was clean, warm, and very comfortable.The only slight disappointment was the breakfast. We had to wait quite a while to be seated - although we could have sat in an adjoining room, but the seating was quite low down. Would have preferred a self-service continental breakfast.Would stay again but on a room only basis
