"Amazing Hotel, Great Value & Location"

Couldn`t pick fault with this hotel for the money. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful.

"Very Tired Hotel"

We stayed at this hotel for a 2 night break as we had enjoyed stays with them in the past. I`m so pleased we weren`t staying longer. Initially the room we were allocated had a number of issues, phone not working, dangerous kettle, drawer fronts hanging off, out of date milk on the tea tray. Fortunately we were moved but it didn`t happen till 10pm.In the bar the furnishings and carpets were very well worn and not as clean as they could be.At breakfast it seemed they were short of seating as at some points there was a long queue of people waiting.Unfortunately we won`t be returning until it has been refurbished

the bed in our room was hard it felt like sleeping on the floor we also think it would help if they supplied trays at breakfast it would be helpful some of the reception was helpful others had to look up on the computer for information otherwise the experience was pleasant

The hotel is in desperate need of TLC.. Curtains falling of runner / no light bulb in lamp etc. Well over priced

This hotel is tired , with bathroom from the 60s `WeCleanWeCareWeWelcome` is sadly missing from the hotel as we were only in for 2 nights our room was not scheduled to be serviced , make your own bed! Yes we could ask for fresh bath linen and Teas and coffees. The Teas and coffees were not enough for 2 night not really even for 1 night ,2 sachets of coffee 4 milks etc and all the coffee past best before date. Curtains hanging off track stains on carpets Where are the standards that should be expected as a basic in a 4 star standard. It seems that nobody CARES guests are just cash in the till. Yes the hotel trade has suffered over the last 18 months but lets get back to normal Covid is not an excuse for poor service they should be out to impress guests and want them bac, not feeling that they would not stay at this hotel in the future, Or as we used a Booking site are we second class guests? I hate to think what a standard room offers when compared to our superior room.

"Adequate accommodation and very good staff."

Rooms a little dated and one or two items in the room needed some attention, mainly the curtain rail. Staff very attentive and pleasant. We ate in the Cantonese restaurant which was of a very good standard.Certainly would stay there again on a short break.

If there is anything i wish i could do differently on this trip to London it would be not to have stayed at this hotel, no clean towels or room cleaned from the tuesday - Saturday we were here and also we weren`t even recognised that we were staying at this hotel when we arrived. Spoiled the full trip straight from the start. I have stayed in better hotels in Blackpool than here, definitely not what i would expect staying in Knightsbridge. Breakfast items cold every morning, coffee machine broken and ran out of milk, no orange juice with breakfast after day 1, the list is endless, really really disappointed as a customer.

Comfortable, Convenient, good food, helpful and obliging concierge, clean room, only down side was no teletext on the tv!

"Booked for my dads 60th birthday. Nothing was too much trouble! "

The hotel decorated my dads room, put petals on the bed and gave him a free bottle of wine and a dessert. Very friendly and amazing service. Rooms were clean and comfortable and gave complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast catered for everyone! Can`t recommend this hotel enough!
