"Staff great. Room upgrade much appreciated. Great location"
Enjoyed our stay. A couple of minor issues but resolved by the staff who were all excellent. Stayed here twice and hope that we will get the opportunity to stay again.

"Great Hotel "
We stayed here for two nights, Saturday 24 and Sunday 25th may. Reception were very friendly with Barbara upgrading our room when I mentioned it was my wife`s 60th birthday. Excellent room, fantastic breakfast and comfortable bed. Room was clean and tidy. Special thanks for the cake and card in room and upgraded free breakfast too. You made my wife very happy. We will be back!

Hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, polite and professional. Added on breakfast which was also very nice. In our room you could hear any emergency vehicles travelling on Tottenham Court Road quite loudly but I suppose that`s to be expected in a central location.

Fantastic night away with theatre breaks. So pleased we chose to stay at the Radisson Blu at Euston. Comfortable night, lovely food with exceptional service, particularly want to thank Barbara at reception who was so friendly, warm and welcoming and made our stay unforgettable.Hotel is also within walking distance to many attractions but also next to tube station and bus routes. Definitely recommend and will return.

Hotel was spotless throughout. Staff were professional and friendly. Our room was a good size and bed very comfortable. We walked from Kings Cross and into Covent Garden as so near. Great location and underground station practically next door. Would definitely stay here again.

Radisson Warren Street was an ideal location very close to the underground and ideal for walking as well. Hotel room perfect and staff very polite and helpful.

"Excellent Hotel in Central London"
We had an excellent stay at The Radisson Blu Euston Square. It`s location is close to Euston Rail Station and the London Underground. The greeting from reception was friendly, polite and informative. Our room was excellent, plenty of room for a central London hotel (I`ve had very much smaller). All mod cons in the room, having the option to open a window was great. We opted for breakfast at an additional cost and was not disappointed, there was a full choice of usual English + continental breakfast plus a menu with additional specials. Our waiter was very pleasant and helpful. A calm experience for the start of the day. I will look forward to another stay when I`m next in London. Thank you Radisson.

Had a lovely stay. We had an issue with room at the beginning but staff sorted it very promptly. Hotel is in a great position, beside an underground on the Victoria/Northern line so travelling was also easy. We were at the front, right by the tube station so it could get a bit noisy. Small fridge in room and lidl and Tesco express on the doorstep. Hotel direct emailed a couple of days before travel to confirm booking. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

I really impressed with this hotel, my premium room was quite spacious and immaculately clean.The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and well equipped. The lobby, bar and restaurant areas are also nice places to be, I can`t comment on the breakfast as I didn`t have it.The staff I encountered were also friendly and helpful. I`ll certainly stay here again.

I`ve stayed at the Grafton on quite a few occasions, and I have had no complaints, the rooms have always been nice and the service and staff excellent.

"Radisson Blu Grafton Hotel going the extra mile"
Stayed at The Grafton in Tottenham Court Road for our daughter`s 18th birthday and they could not have done more. When we checked in the staff said Happy Birthday to her and when we got to the room there was a cake, balloons and a heart of rose petals on the bed. The staff were lovely and the hotel was very comfortable and quiet given the central location. Super

"Room with noisy air-conditioning units just below our window."
Booked two nights away for myself and daughter,, Natalie, as a 40th Birthday-present for her. I booked a twin-bedroom, we got a double-bed. On the booking-form, I asked for a twin bedroom with a view and a walk-in shower, we got neither. We got moved to a twin-bedroom which verlooked the same air-conditioning units. I complained, and we got moved to another room, again, overlooking the same air-conditioning units. By this time, we were fed-up and also using-uo valuable time,, so we stayed-put in the final room which was overlooking the same air-conditioning unit, but was more offset to the side rsther than fully-overlooking it. The staff,particularly Nicholas, were very professional and friendly, but I have to admit to being disappointed wirh the overall break. Karen Brennand

Lovely hotel great customer service but for over 300 pounds the room was very small and you could barely fit in the bathroom.
