"Exceptional "

I really impressed with this hotel, my premium room was quite spacious and immaculately clean.The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and well equipped. The lobby, bar and restaurant areas are also nice places to be, I can`t comment on the breakfast as I didn`t have it.The staff I encountered were also friendly and helpful. I`ll certainly stay here again.

Overall lovely, clean & staff were very helpful polite & courteous. Breakfadt was excellent!! Only dissapointing thing was every time l left my room & needed to return to my room, l had to have a staff member open my door as key cards didn`t work 128579;

"A clean friendly smart hotel in a good location."

I`ve stayed at the Grafton on quite a few occasions, and I have had no complaints, the rooms have always been nice and the service and staff excellent.

"Radisson Blu Grafton Hotel going the extra mile"

Stayed at The Grafton in Tottenham Court Road for our daughter`s 18th birthday and they could not have done more. When we checked in the staff said Happy Birthday to her and when we got to the room there was a cake, balloons and a heart of rose petals on the bed. The staff were lovely and the hotel was very comfortable and quiet given the central location. Super

Very noisy location of our hotel room. Next to Amazon road and pub that opened until 2am. People shouting and falling out! Rubbish nights sleep

"Room with noisy air-conditioning units just below our window."

Booked two nights away for myself and daughter,, Natalie, as a 40th Birthday-present for her. I booked a twin-bedroom, we got a double-bed. On the booking-form, I asked for a twin bedroom with a view and a walk-in shower, we got neither. We got moved to a twin-bedroom which verlooked the same air-conditioning units. I complained, and we got moved to another room, again, overlooking the same air-conditioning units. By this time, we were fed-up and also using-uo valuable time,, so we stayed-put in the final room which was overlooking the same air-conditioning unit, but was more offset to the side rsther than fully-overlooking it. The staff,particularly Nicholas, were very professional and friendly, but I have to admit to being disappointed wirh the overall break. Karen Brennand

Hotel was very clean and smelt lovely. Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was great, very clean and spacious and had everything could need including an umbrella, bath robes and slippers, there was also a Fridge in room and a safe. Would stay here again

Lovely hotel great customer service but for over 300 pounds the room was very small and you could barely fit in the bathroom.

"Hotel Closed"

On arrival at the hotel we had booked we were told it was closed. They said they could not contact us which we thought strange as you obviously have our email address. My first reaction was to panic about where we would stay, but we were told we had been transferred to the Radisson Bloomsbury Hotel. As it turned out the location was better, and we cannot fault the hotel. So after an initial shock we had a successful stay and would book the same hotel again.

Room was small but had everything we needed and was spotless. Luggage room was great too so we could explore before our train without carrying all our stuff everywhere

"The hotel was closed due to covid they said I should have received an email but I had not, however, "

The lady left in attendance got and the company paid for a taxi to take us to Radisson Blu Hampshire in Leicester Square, an amazing hotel extremely helpful and welcoming staff and the accommodation spotless and more central for us thoroughly recommend.

"Lovely London Break"

On arrival at the hotel we were greeted with canapés and Prosecco and a lovely lady. The staff were all so helpful. The room was ready, even though we arrived early. Was lovely, clean and warm. Couldn`t have asked for anything more really. Will definitely stay again

"Room was a converted attic !!"

Room was unusual to say the least, our room was a converted attic!!!!Very little room to stand up only when walking in the Center of room otherwise you knocked your head!

Unfortunately the hotel didn`t live up to our expectations, the room we were given was right above do renovations that were being carried out there was banging and drilling from 8 in the morning till 5 at night , not the quite holiday we had expected. We also had no hot water for a bath on our second night ( not good) On a plus side the hotel is in a great location for a stay in London to see the sights .

"Lacking"

The room was clean and ready for us, but the coffee was Nespresso or nothing and you got a choice between a teaspoon full or half a cup, and they`re already small cups. So it`s a good job there`s Starbucks near by. Also no biscuits, seriously. The room suffers from no real subtle lighting, the led spots just dazzle and are far too harsh. However none of this compares to the poor service in the bar. 1 JD and coke plus 1 Bacardi Gold and coke. Firstly it took forever to get served despite being plenty of time to chat for the staff. They got the order wrong and finally I had to complain so I could pay. Loads of others around having similar experiences with food. Poor value for money.
