"Good central location"

Hotel offers a good central location. Rooms clean, comfortable and breakfast excellent. Occasional city centre siren noise but not too instructive. Staff very helpful and friendly.

"Great hotel, very centrally located. Got great deal with train tickets included."

Good modern hotel, spotless, friendly staff and in centre of Bristol. Would recommend for a break to Bristol.

"Poor"

Ordered twin room and was given a double. Lift would not accept key card until about the 10th attempt. Room freezing. Hotel full of shrieking hen parties.
