"staff were excellent especially reception staff"
hotel facilities were as expected for the money but the staff were excellent. breakfast also very good value.

"friendly staff. well situated for metro and subway"
comfortable but only 1 towel first night between 2 and that disappeared by next night. room 1second room only one towel between 3.... reception couldnt find any large towels on request. breakfast .no cups no croissants no rolls only cereal and yogurts but coffee was good once we had requested cups

Good value, Nice hotel with basic but all you need facilities for a city break. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will go again
