"Not your usual hotel, fabulously quirky decor. "
Really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Royale. Right in the heart of Pigalle, with plenty of restaurants & bars all around. The decor is drapes & gilt, all the rooms are named after famous people - we were in the John Lennon room. Clean & tidy, staff very friendly.

We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed visiting the nearby historic sites of old Montmatre a short walk away. Metro was very close for travelling farther afield in Paris. The staff did their best to make us comfortable.

"Great location, helpful staff"
Friendly staff and quirky decor. The room had a fridge and a safe and a decent enough en suite. On the downside, the room itself was slightly cramped and the wifi was intermittent at times, making booking activities a little frustrating.It`s only a 3 or 4 minute walk up a hill to a really vibrant area containing loads of places to eat and drink. The atmosphere there is quite buzzy and if you go further up to Montmartre you will not be disappointed by the Sacred Coeur nor the views of Paris. Eating in Montmartre itself is slightly pricy but pleasurable nonetheless.Pigalle Metro station is right outside the hotel so the rest of Paris is easily accessible. Overall we would recommend this place.
