"Great location but a little "tired""
In a quiet location, 7 mins walk from the Arc.Good local restaurants, close to Metro. No air conditioning and very limited bar (part of reception) Didn`t use restaurant/breakfast so can`t comment.

"Central, convenient, and quiet"
Second stay at the Villa Alessandra and were very satisfied again. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. They are small, but most hotel rooms in Paris are small. The staff are polite, very helpful and efficient. Although it is not far from the Arc de Triomph it is quiet at night and one can get a good night`s sleep. 5 minutes walk from Ternes metro station. Breakfast menu is pretty good, but we preferred to visit a local cafe in the market for the ambience. We would stay there every time we visit Paris.
