I booked in 2015 and, due to personal problems, tried to cancel. I was not able to do so. I have therefore paid but did not stay at the hotel. I cannot, therefore, comment on any aspect of the hotel but can say that it is disappointing that the booking system is not more flexible or accommodating.

"Lovely Hotel & Friendly Staff"
The hotel reception area and dining room are lovely and very welcoming as you arrive. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. It was easy walking to all the main attractions in Seville. The terrace bar on the roof has a great view over the city and in particular of the cathedral. We had a very pleasant one night stay at this hotel.
