Accommodation and breakfast were good as usual but very disappointed that the restaurant was closed for dinner and the dinner buffet was very limited and served in the bar area with competition from TV`s.

Nice overnight stay to rest before flying home to the US. The air con in our room did not work well.

Had problems getting a hot cup of Tea at breakfast as water was cold and Tea was Herbal or Earl Grey with a scented flavour.

Clean utilitarian rooms. Housekeeping very good and staff (when available very good). Breakfast excellent. Would stay again.

Overall very good,concierge extremely helpful.Room was clean and beds comfortable.Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and quick service.Hotel to Heathrow terminals shuttle bus every 15 min.
