We ordered a twin room but got a double. Receptionist was helpful and we managed to change and at no extra cost. We actually stated in Hyatt Regency Hotel because Hyatt house Though they did tell us that when you book Hyatt House Hotel there is never any twin rooms. So can you please change that on the web site

"Theatre break"
A lovely hotel, with welcoming and helpful staff. Rating would be 10/ 10 however whilst there is an excellent breakfast choice, cooked food was luke warm. Fan in room was also very noisy making it difficult to sleep.
