"Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast."

The only problem was slow running waste from bathroom sink and low pressure in shower. Nothing you couldn`t cope with. The room was small but very comfortable even had iron and ironing board in room. Staff excellent and breakfast great. I`d stay here again. Just a few minutes from Hyde Park.

"Tiny room, not impressed!"

Got put in the basement, room 22. Size of a postage stamp! Room key card didn`t work so every time we went back to the room we had to go to reception first to get our cards re authorised. On a positive, it was clean and breakfast was good. I think they give away a tiny room with the theatre packages as the hotel website shows much bigger rooms on its website! A little disappointed as it was booked as an anniversary treat!

"Simply the Best! Best Western Hotel,Central London "

Had a two night stay at the BW Mornington, nearPaddington and could not fault it in any way. Room was compact but spotless and quiet. Good bathroom & shower & lots of fluffy towels. Breakfast was outstanding and plentiful as much as you could eat in a buffet style with full English on offer with cereals, cheeses, cold meats, fruit & juices plus continental breads, pastries & croissants too if wanted. Great location, just a short walk for bus, underground & main line trains at Paddington, tube & bus services also at Lancaster Gate. Hyde Park just a stroll away too. All the staff were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Hotel itself is in an impressive Edwardian building with gorgeous original features such as the staircases, ceilings with plaster work and library. We have often stayed in Best Western hotels over the years, they are always our first choice as all are exceptional, offering great accommodation, food and service for very reasonable prices. Highly Recommended!

"A Great Hotel"

The Mornington hotel is in a great location and pretty central for most places, the rooms were very clean and quiet, the staff were all very helpful and attentive and I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean and within walking distance to Hyde Park. The staff on reception and waiting staff were all very pleasant, helpful, and obliging, nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend. Wi-fi was free but intermittent.

"No complaints"

Hotel was clean comfortable, we had a theatre break, chose this hotel based on reviews, stayed in the room opposite a pub had read that it can get a bit noisy" not a thing" surprising for a Saturday night, breakfast was good staff friendly, certainly would use again.

"Review"

The only problem I found was that the bottom of bed virtually touched the wall making it very difficult to get o the other side of it. Other wise the hotel was very nice, helpful friendly staff and very good breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

"Lower Ground Bedroom"

The hotel should have mentioned that the bedroom was a lower ground bedroom. The curtains could not close so I had the street lights on all night on. Some noise from the lift`s machinery besides. Apart from that, it was alright.

"A great little find, close to Hyde Park"

A great convenient hotel to stay at, to visit central London. A friendly, clean, well presented hotel. I would definitely highly recommend it and use it again.

"Super spot"

We were more than happy with this hotel. Perfectly situated on The Circle Line. Lovely and clean. Our daughters room was super ours was smaller but perfectly adequate for a three night stay. SUPER nice staff. Really helpful and smiley. Great breakfast and again lovely waitresses. Very very happy people.

"Couldnt Swing my cat!!"

We booked an executive suite in this hotel hoping that we would get a room with generous space as we were travelling with my son who is a wheelchair user, this hotel is definately not disabled friendly! steps into the entrance which we had to lift child and wheelchair up, no offer or a ramp or assistance at reception even thought they could see we were struggling! yes they have a lift which you can barely fit one wheelchair in, the corridor was very narrow which made navigating it difficult and upon entering the room you were met with the sofa bed, no-where to park a wheelchair and you had to walk sideways just to get past it! Had I booked a cheap hotel and cheap room I would have expected a matchbox type room but we paid £265.00 for one night! The only positive was that the breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. have to say that next time I will stick to the premier inn, free breakfast and space!
