"Lovely hotel but the room was excessively hot even with an open window and the air conditioning full"
My husband and I had a difficult time sleeping due to the excessively warm temperature of our room. The air conditioning wasn`t working very well so I opened the window which did not help. For such a high end hotel this was very disappointing to us and we won`t return.

"Everything we expected and more"
We had always promised ourselves that we would stay at the Shelbourne Hotel as a treat and when we finally did it lived up to our expectations totally.The facilities in the hotel were first class and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful.We will definitely be back.
