"Dreadful breakfast. "

Was extremely disappointed with the breakfast. The buffet food eggs bacon etc was only like warm. Not sure it`s legal. The tea and coffee for an English hotel was terrible. The tea came to us out of a coffee flask which warm only warm and extremely week. O thorn decided to go for coffee. Well omg how they could serve it up I don`t not know. It` was like mud. We then got offered a pot of tea. Something we should have been offered first. They then bought it up in a pot for three lovely and hot but with ONE TEABAG. I cannot believe an English hotel would serve this. Absolutely awe full.

"Great location"

Hotel in a brilliant location although the room was small and bathroom not great. I stayed at a 4* hotel in central London earlier in the week and the bathroom was much, much better and the bedroom bigger. However, the bed was huge, comfortable and the hotel overall quiet. Nice breakfast and staff were warm and welcoming. The entrance and exterior give the 5* feeling but the room didn`t feel 5*.

"Could do much better for a 5* hotel"

A few niggles with the hotel considering its a 5* hotel. No mirror in the bedroom. Bed is very low to the ground, breakfast should have fresh meats and fish covered not exposed to the elements. Not enough staff available at breakfast, 15 minutes to wait for a cup of tea is very poor, despite numerous attempts, and finally no milk delivered with the tea, there were no provisions for vegetarians for the cooked breakfast, the swimming pool was not very warm, there was no hot tub despite being plenty of room in the spa area, there was no spin dryer for the wet swim wear, the hotel recorded that we had a 4pm late check out but still knocked on the door at midday to check if we were leaving, there was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. On the positive side, the staff were helpful, pleasant, eager to please, friendly, ready to fix issues in their control and the room was comfortable. Shame that the attention to detail was missing

"The Best of Locations"

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and felt at eae. All staff so helpful and polite. Fantastic location just less than 5 minutes to the show. Lovely breakfast- didnt eat anything else for the rest of the day! Lovely riom- so clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in the heart of all the sights. We loved our stay!

"Lovely comfortable bed!!"

Hotel is perfectly located for the theatre. Right in the middle of many famous landmarks too. Only thing that slightly disappointed was the breakfast. The hot food choices were mostly luke warm. Apart from that I would recommend it.

Comfortable room but extremely small. Disappointed as last year we had an excellent room and I booked 5 months in advance and I was a returning customer. Super choice of food at breakfast and very friendly staff in the restaurant and downstairs bar.

Very noisy rooms and corridor, very small room and there is no way it`s a 5* hotel (stayed in far cheaper hotels with better quality and size!)

"Birthday treat"

Staff made this a special weekend for all , rare family get together for special birthday. Didn`t expect candle & singing especially as Gluten Free.

room was more like a 3 star. no personality with receptionist booking us in, room was not ready until 3.45pm. bar charged service charge for a bottle of wine, but no service provided. a continuous loud humming noise in room made it difficult to sleep. cleaning staff left two cleaning trollies by our room all night.

We arrived at the hotel 3 hours early to check in just to leave our bags so that we could go for a special 50th Birthday Celebrationary lunch the receptionist "Stefan" very kindly found us a room so that we could go and get organised before lunch as we had a very busy afternoon planned! He was so friendly, customer service orientated and consistantly went above and beyond at every opportunity! I loved my stay at Le Meridien and cant wait to go back!

Massive thank you for making my mums birthday so special. All the staff were fabulous, they had a bottle of wine waiting in the room and they said the room was brilliant. I cant say thank you enough my mum and dad were so happy.

"Quiet room, attentive staff"

Our room, overlooking Piccadilly, was amazingly quiet and, unlike many that we`ve stayed in, not overheated. The bed was large and very comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent and the waiting staff very attentive.
