Friendly staff on reception, however the hotel is out of the way as it first time trip to London I didn`t know this on booking.. You can hear other guests in their rooms and the windows do not block out the noise of traffic.

"Perfect for NYE"

We stayed here for NYE, it`s perfect because it`s a 20min walk to the main tube line which takes you directly into London, but it`s out the way and quiet. The rooms were basic but comfortable and clean and the breakfast choice was good. Amazing price booking so late for NYE and we got given the choice if upgrading b`fast to full English for just £2 each. Friendly staff and 24hour reception. Will be staying here again!

very friendly & helpful staff. continental breakfast was fine. Décor all looking a bit tired, however, musty odour in bedroom/corridors & unappealing view from bedroom window of verandah full of cigarette ends

nice room, a little to warm , shower temperature was a bit unpredictable aside from this good for money

apart from the fact the radiators were turned off and the controls broken. we spent the first couple of hours in an ice box. someone came and got onr radiator working but the bathroom was too badly broken so the bathroom remained cold. staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are great and kept very clean. Breakfast awesome. Will stay here again.

"Would not recommend"

Had a 7 am alarm call that I did not ask for so was woken earlier than planned. No hot water all the staff said was sorry about that so unable to wash. Carpet in room was stained and dirty would not go here again

I thought hotel was nice and staff were gr8. But did wash basin in room 116 had big cracks in it and the bath had a chip which was painted over. Should also do with the carpets being washed. My last point is the sound from the other rooms people bring in own drink and having a party in the rooms. All because the hotel did not have a bar.

"fantastic hotel, excellent staff"

When we booked we wasn`t expecting too much as it was out of the city and one of the cheaper hotels. It is safe to say we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel was very easy to find, parking could be anywhere along the road, although the hotel does have parking it is about 5 spaces right out the front of the building with barely any space to get in to any of them.The hotel itself is very nice and modern, the room wasn`t very big, but we only used it to shower and sleep as we sepent most of our time in the city. The continental breakfast was fantastic, you could help yourself to as much as you want and there was something for everyone. There is the option for an English breakfast too.Thank you to all the staff who were very helpful and provided bus train/undergroud maps, as well as a local street map. We will be going back soon.

staff were friendly and very helpful even for general help regarding busses etc.
