hotel is fantastic, bit worried as a little out of the city but so convenient and close to tube. fantastic breakfast an staff were so helpful would defo stay again.

"Holiday inn North Acton "

By my own mistake booked a room with two single beds months prior and never realised till the day we arrived...quick call to the hotel reception and with out hesatation we upgraded to one of executive suites..excellent service from the staff...all so tube right outside the street the hotel sits on so brilliantly situated for traveling in and out of the capital..would highly recommend staying here.

"Lovely hotel - less than 5 mins walk from tube "

We had a lovely stay, the hotel has it own car park which is £10, it is les than 5 minutes walk from the tube and is about 16 minutes from Oxford Circus on the Central Line. The rooms are lovely and comfortable with really good showers. I throughly recommend this hotel and will happily stay again.

Very friendly, helpful staff. For all first time visitors ensure you view directions to the hotel. If you drive past the hotel on the A40 heading into London, it takes a while getting back to it.

I thought this hotel was great,the staff were fantastic and the room was great,defiantly worth the money!! :) i loved the personal touch with the tele having a message to welcome me :) looking forward to staying again

"bathroom needs attention, extractor fan inefficient, no radiator to air towels at night for re-use"

breakfast plates not heated and food only lukewarm. we were not made aware of any building works taking place when booking and found it very noisy early morning.all members of staff very very polite and helpful and room very clean.

Hotel modern, clean, great breakfast and the staff efficient but friendly. Easy access to London city centre via bus or underground just 5min around the corner from hotel.

"An ideal place to stay with children; patient, friendly staff and very clean."

This was the grand children`s first visit to London and the hotel staff made sure we were not disappointed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the modern design gave a feeling of freshness and space. The food was very good and the menus catered for the likes and dislikes of children. The staff were very friendly, going out of their way to help when required. We would definitely return.

"the external room window lock brocken,heared the wind all night and air conditioner too noisy!"

asked for a taxi to be booked for the morning we had left,,what a surprise!!!a privat person with a privat car doing a taxi job.honestly we were scared to go with a man with no taxi license,no taxi plate,etc..is that a special hotel service??kind a very expensive one!

"Fantastic stay thanks to helpful and very polite staff."

Hotel spotless, room very comfortable. ( a little noisy from other guests on the first night) restaurant offered a varied menu. My son needed a gluten free option and this was managed nicely thank you. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Once again thank you.

"Very good for short stay"

Perfect location for tube all London sights etc lovely breakfast. Very friendly staff. Beds were a little hard but ok for 2 nights. Would definitely recommend for short break!

"Modern, clean, friendly and comfortable"

The Ramada is a very modern and friendly hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent "value for money" restaurant and is clean and welcoming.With excellent on site parking at a good price and ten minutes walk from North Acton Central Line tube station it is the ideal hotel for business or leisure visits to London.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were very nice. the only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that I had to pay for my car parking in the hotel car park while staying, £10 per night. Otherwise I highly recommend it.

"Fixtures and fittings not up to scratch"

Had to move from the first room because of the broken bed and second room had the panel missing from behind the toilet so not very good impression of fixtures and fittings but staff were marvellous

"value for money"

though slightly far from the tube station, its room and services overweight that. the friendly staff makes our stays comfortable. The breakfast is value for money and is better than the breakfast offered by the continental hotel in europe (similar range). the chicken is halal and isgood for muslim traveller.

"Perfect for our city break"

We chose the Ramada because it had parking, was out of the city to avoid driving in London, but very close to a Tube station - perfect location - a 2 minute walk from North Acton Tube station on the Central line, we only needed Zones 1 and 2 each time. Takes about 20 minutes to get to Oxford Circus (unless they close the Central line - grrrr!!!!). Hotel itself was nicely presented, room was clean and nicely designed with a trendy, minimalist bathroom. Very squeaky bed though - and we weren`t up to anything I promise! Food was good in the evening - good quality and nicely presented; breakfast had a good range, and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

"Compact but good"

This hotel is very clean, and good value.I was staying there with my wife and children (a total of 4) and the room was tight with very limited storage, but clean and tidy.The breakfast choice was very good, and the food in restaurant was excellent and good value.

"EXCELLENT VALUE BASE FOR LONDON TRIPS"

I stayed here on 6th April 2012 with my wife and 2 kids. Plus points: Clean and modern, very friendly staff, car park (ok you have to pay for it, but hey, it`s London!) North Acton tube station 2 minutes walk, excellent breakfast. Negative points: None.

"Very good quality `budget` hotel"

This hotel I believe is supposed to be a budget hotel, like Travelodge. The rooms are very well maintained with a hard floor instead of dirty carpets. It is nicely decorated and has a large flatscreen TV. The only complaint I would have with the rooms is the lack of air extraction in the shower room.The breakfatss were excellent, with a huge range and good quality produce. Will stay again.

fantastic location within a couple of minutes walk to north acton tube station to go around london, room was clean,tidy,modern and comfortable. Staff were very polite and helpful and parking at the hotel was secure and very reasonable arrived friday dinner time and left sat night only getting charged 10.95. Would not hesitate to book again.
