from checking in till checking out the staff were amazing, very helpful with any queries we had and nothing was any trouble. room was cleaned and restocked on our return after a day out sightseeing, no issues about getting more tea, coffee etc would definitely stay again if we returned to london as hotel is within walking distance of all the sights, and i loved that hotel was situated in quieter area. huge thanks to all staff for making our stay very welcome

Very noisy during the night. We didn`t go to bed until after midnight but there were very noisy guests above us banging and bumping around, doors slamming and loud male voices.

"Hotel tired "
Hotel was very central and was walking distance to Oxford Street . Staff was very pleasant .Room was very tired looking .. curtains faded and worn bed bases. The bathroom was really odd as you had to turn off the main lights to switch the light on! Soap dispensers were not functioning as a child would find it difficult to use .Breakfast was ok .. plenty of variety so could not fault it. The menu on the evening food was not great .. only had one meal but very limited on choice . We would not choose to come back.

The room was nice but is in need of modernisation. The fluctuating nature of the shower temperature is dangerous. Sometimes it reverted to being extremely hot. I had to wait a few times at the bar for service, once for quite a long time. Also, the reception on the television on the room was varied. The concierge was very helpful as was the chap who ran the breakfast restaurant. I tried to book a massage for the Monday evening but the guy on the front desk, despite saying he would never called me back.

I stayed here with my husband and 2 children. This is a lovely clean and friendly hotel. We also had breakfast which was very delicious and they were very accommodating of my allergies.

Really friendly staff, excellent location, clean room - very quiet. Only slight problem with reception on tv but to be honest didn`t use tv much so want major issue. Staff helpful and chatty would recommend

Delightful helpful staff, nice clean rooms 2 minutes away from Oxford Street. The room had everything we needed TV iron, ironing board hair dryer kettle, teas/coffees toiletries. Would definitely stay there again

Couldn`t fault it enough all the staff are friendly and attentive, the family room was all kitted our for us, the room was a bit hot possibly being on the top floor but thank god for air con! We couldn`t believe how quiet it was, didn`t hear anything throughout the night either. Would definitely stay again!

"Fantastic Central Hotel "
The hotel is lovely and ideally situated for a couple of nights it is so central, the Bond St Tube is 100yds away which is right on Oxford St, Shopping excellent as are the Bars & Restaurants locally, the Hotel had a good size room with Bath & Shower combined, Breakfast was a little pricey which we did not bother with, the room was spotless, cleaned daily with Fresh Bed linen & Towels daily. The staff were pleasant and really helpful, Bar prices were actually quite cheap a pint of lager & a Diet coke were only just over £6.00. Will definitely stay there again.. Finally don`t hesitate to book through this website Excellent service, Train tickets arrived within 3 days along with all of the other information needed,.

"A very comfortable hotel, we have used it before."
It is a good hotel that we have used before due to it`s closeness to Harley St. My wife had a consultation the following morning and it was literally a few yards from where we needed to be. It is a good, clean and very friendly hotel, what more could anyone want?
