The bathroom was adequate and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast in the mornings was freshly cooked to order so all in all a pleasant stay!

Ideally positioned from Euston tube station, where there is access to all attractions. Allowed food delivery when not wanting to eat out.

A perfect welcome." | | | | I booked this weekend for ourselves and 6 other guests and when one makes a choice for other people it is very important that everything is not just good, but the extra yard is taken. I am pleased to report that the hotel came up to and beyond expectations. The rooms were very plesent and clean, we were given early occupancy as we had arrived early, but most of all the staff were excellent. I am reluctant to single people out as every one was was superb, but the guy on bar duty on Saturday 19th. who was also night porter and barman that night could not do enough for us. The receptionists who booked us in and out, excellent, and the breakfast staff perfect. Many thanks!

However, whilst I appreciate that space is at a premium in London, the lack of adequate local parking arrangements dulls the experience. As a disabled person it is preferable if I am able to park close-by but the nearest, (or at least, the parking I was directed to), was at the Ibis Hotel, Earls Court, which is a considerable distance for a disabled person to have to negotiate. I have no problems at all with the Burns Hotel or its staff. They were most helpful at all times.

It was everything we needed- The staff were more than welcoming and the Full English Breakfast set us up for the days shopping . The room was very comfortable and contained ample toiletries and tea making facilities.Would definately use Burns Hotel again.

The hair dryer fell apart when my wife turned it on exposing the live wires and element, it could have had serious consequencies it she had grabed them. A very sligt problem. The lift indicator bulbs didn`t work.

There were no blankets in the room and it happened to be the coldest night! The reception provided us with some the next day when we asked. Breakfast was nice, service the first day was a bit slow but great the second day. The location was excellent - very close to the tube and as we were just looking for a base it was fine. No luxuries but comfortable and clean.

Major disappointment was the rushed bkfst. We were having a full english breakfast, but I only had fruit juice & cereal, but was still eating my cereal when the bacon, eggs etc arrived. I had to hold my cereal bowl to finish and we did not have time to cook any toast to go with the bkfst. Would have been better to leave a few more mins before hot foot arrived and also provide toast with the bkfst

It was situated really close to the underground which was great for getting around. Rooms were ok could do maybe with a little makeover, but they were clean and had everytthing we needed.
