"Great"
The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable The meal we had in the evening was good and we felt it was good value for money. The only slight issue was breakfast the next day as the hotel was very busy and the staff admitted they were slightly overwhelmed by the numbers and were struggling to keep tables cleared and items refreshed, however they did and as soon as compassed for something they were on it. I would recommend this hotel for it`s lovely staff and the proximity to the NEC
