"Disappointing but staff lovely "
Hotel undergoing major renovations which was disappointing. Another few minor issues but sorted out immediately by lovely staff so not worth mentioning. It is a budget hotel though, so you get what you pay for!

"Noise and missing accessories "
We was kept up all night by people shouting and talking loudly from another room which started at 12.30 and ended at 5.30 in the morning. Unacceptable! The bathroom needs a towel rail to hang wet towels. Bed is very firm.

"Lovely staff"
We found the hotel easily and were warmly welcomed. It was basic but had everything we could need from iron and ironing boardSafe and coffee and tea facilities. Myself and 2 friends shared the room it was small with an en suite, but it was perfect for what we paid. We all had a good stay and will definitely stay again

Cannot fault for the price we paid rooms have plenty in and few extras like fruit biscuits water decent size cups so can have a decent coffee no half cups lol will be back again

Staff really nice and friendly Hotel room small comfortable bed but the shower was terrible and the room is really really hot the fan doesn`t do much

only stayed one night mid week the staff we met were pleasant the shower was not working properly but to be fair only told them as we were leaving the room was clean but small the double bed was comfortable there were tea and coffee making facilities there was even an ironing board and iron a small fridge

A lot of noise outside with traffic and could not sleep because at three in the morning the pigeons in the loft started queueing queueing so it wasn`t a very good experience the other thing was it supposed to be bed and breakfast but they did not do breakfast they`ve not been doing it for the last five years so on your website I wanted bed and breakfast but didn`t get any so I was a bit disappointed

The hosts are really lovely and welcoming, the rooms are very clean with good quality bedding and towels. Rooms have a TV, heating, lots of complimentary tea, coffe and water. The only drawbacks are that the rooms are very small and there is virtually no hanging space for clothes etc. Having said that, for a short stay in the centre of London it`s very good value.

Our stay at this hotel was not great luckily we had to be out early and got back late each night the room was very small only a bed and coat hangers and a small fridge in room no wardrobe , drawers , to put your clothes .we had to live out of our suitcase and the bathroom was so small you could just about squeeze into the shower with no room to wash properly i can honestly say we wont be going hete again such a shame really as the people in the hotel were very friendly and helpful .

Perfect place if you just want somewhere to sleep. Had an en suite bathroom which was lovely as I was a bit nervous about having a shared one. The hotel was a walking distance from everything. Perfect location and the room was fine too, would definitely go back there again. Thank you :-)

"Bridge Hotel"
Disappointed with this Hotel. We booked 3 star , but I would rate as 2 star.Threadbare carpets , old furniture, bad decor and very small room.Staff very friendly and welcoming.

"Not worth the money!"
No bedside lamp, had to boil kettle on floor as lead was not long enough to reach anywhere. £100per night for room only and no breakfast option ( mistake on my art for not checking). Will not use this service again.

"Just doesn`t reach expectations "
Could be better quick check in very small room bed pushed up against wall no bedside table charge phone on floor banging in corridor 6am by proprietors to give a guest a requested early morning call I was not said guest however woke me up so I got up just not for us again

"Slight damp smell"
It is possible that the hotel renovations caused the slight smell of damp but otherwise the room was adequate.Appreciated the ceiling fan.Suggest net curtains as conscious flats opposite could look in.
