"Superb Hotel"

A wonderful hotel experience - luxurious rooms and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

"Great service and amazing views"

We enjoyed our stay mostly because if the people who worked there and the amazing views of the city. There were a few details that we didn`t like. The first is the spa area was really just a pool with far too many screaming children. There was no way to actually relax there. The spa staff were not so friendly either. Im the room, the shower head sprayed everywhere that you didn`t want it to go and finally the coffee machine was less than average. But aside from those details, it really was spectacular to watch the boats pass on the Thames with the beautiful London Skyline. Thank you to all the hotel staff.

"Amazing!!! Service so good and facilities so luxurious! "

We came for disney on ice. The service, room, spa and food were perfect and the staff treated my little girl like a princess. Thank you

"Bit of luxury for a special occasion "

We stayed here for a long weekend as we were going to a concert at the O2. Bit more pricey than we`d normally go for but as it was a special occasion we decided to go for the extra bit of luxury. Lovely room, comfortable bed and all the staff are fabulous.

"Excellent rooms, fantastic location."

I chose the hotel because of its proximity to the O2 as I was attending a 3 day event. As it happens the hotel the hotel has an entrance literally by the arena for guests only. It`s a brand new hotel so everything was new & pristine. The room was large & immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom spacious and well equipped. There is a smart to and a tasimo coffee maker as well as tea making facilities. I didn`t have time to use the bars or restaurants but they are very pricey as you would probably expect from a London hotel of this quality. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again but I got such a good rate this time because it was just opening that I might never be able to afford it again!
