The bedroom & bathroom were very clean although a little small. Staff were friendly & helpful. The location was very convenient for Kings Cross/St Pancras & Euston Stations & yet was very quiet.

I would guess two former modest Georgian townhouses merged, in very close proximity of Kings X /St Pancaras, more B&B than hotel per se but very clean and fresh if somewhat Spartan.

The hotel was easy to find and very easily based to get around London, it was a basic hotel but was clean and tidy, beds were comfy and the staff were very helpful they even allowed us to leave our luggage there on the Saturday when we checked out while we went shopping

Nice friendly welcome. Room was basic, clean and compact!!!They kept a lot of luggage safe for us all the next day, might have been nice to have a room to change in later rather than the corridor.We had a room at the front on the 1st floor which was a bit noisy as the window was open because the room was so hot.

Situated in a very convenient place but in a very quiet area, this hotel offers all you need for a short stay in central London. It`s clean, comfortable and informal and the price is very reasonable. Clearly, it`s just had a complete renovation, so any previous negative reviews on Trip Advisor can safely be ignored.
